    • Cross-Functional Team work: Work closely with stakeholders across the business to align operations and enhance cross-departmental collaboration through projects like NPS and UMUX surveys, squad dashboards, and enablement processes.
  • Team Development and Best Practice Formulation:
    • Team Growth and Support: Support the growth, development, and collaboration of the Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams through effective onboarding, continuous learning and development initiatives.
    • Best Practice Development: Develop and share best practice templates to guide product managers and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence across the organization.
