The Director, Operations position will provide leadership to the Specialized Care and Recovery Services’ Return to Work program (supporting the mental stress injuries, occupational disease, and serious injuries programs).
Job Summary
Direct the overall planning, development, delivery and evaluation of programs, products and services of the Return to Work program supporting Specialized Claims and Recovery Services through multidisciplinary teams.
Provide and implement expert advice, consultation and direction to team members, advice to WSIB senior management as well as internal and external stakeholders on a broad range of programs, products, services and strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain communication linkages and relationships internally with business partners, all levels of management and externally with workers, employers and other representatives (stakeholders, preferred suppliers and advocacy groups), as required.
