You will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies. You will conduct and coordinate the research, analysis, and modeling required for the sales strategy that will unlock potential in the market. You will develop comprehensive launch plans for new products, from kickoff to market entry, overseeing the Gantt chart management for product launches and ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate. You will work with sales, and food product development to determine the best approach, assess feasibility, and design a targeted sales strategy and supporting sales enablement documentation. As a cross-functional leader, you will also act as the liaison between Sales and other parts of the organization, bringing together critical information from key people across various business divisions. You will develop and monitor critical success metrics and communicate actionable insights to the leadership team and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Market and competitive analysis. You will perform market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies to develop benchmarks for product performance based on market data. You will create detailed reports and analytics dashboards and present insights to stakeholders.
- Strategy development and implementation: You will collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work with product development teams internally and externally to integrate customer insights.
- Ensure operational excellence. You will optimize sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will manage the trade marketing budget and trade shows, ensuring the effective use of resources.
- Report. You will lead budgeting and planning processes for the sales team (e.g., forecasts, periodic reviews, annual budgets, and long-range plans). You will act as an internal communication bridge and liaison, preparing presentations, reports and studies for stakeholders and board meetings.
