What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a diverse sales team to drive performance and engagement

- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and enhance operational effectiveness
- Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans for improvement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record in business development and sales
- Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline; Business preferred
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to various audience sizes
- Valid Canadian Driver's License and ability to travel nationally (35%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a leadership role and/or multi-unit management
- Functional knowledge of pharmacy business operations
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Salesforce, PowerBI, and SAP
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to navigate business development cycles and perform financial management
