A leading hospitality organization is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth, enhance brand positioning, and lead a dynamic team through an exciting period of transformation. This role is ideal for a strategic and results-oriented leader passionate about hospitality, sales, and marketing.

Description

  • Revenue & Sales Leadership: Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales and catering team.
  • Brand & Market Positioning: Oversee brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Strategic Planning & Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement competitive strategies.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets to optimize resources and profitability.
  • Client & Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and actively represent the organization in the local market.
  • Marketing & Public Relations: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive guest engagement.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and market share growth.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of social media strategy and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with hospitality sales systems (Marriott systems experience is an asset).
  • Other Requirements: Must have a vehicle and be available for travel as needed.
