The Director of Sales and Marketing reports to the General Manager and is responsible for leading the catering sales team in developing organic and inorganic growth within various market segments. You will develop sales focuses and obtainable targets for yourself and your team of Catering Managers that meet/exceed revenue goals. You will also research and engage new opportunities and increase event capture ratios through sales and engagement strategies. Additionally, the role includes overseeing marketing initiatives including social media marketing, print advertising, website updates and maintenance, and other promotional opportunities. Experience within hospitality is highly advantageous to be able to lead an experienced team. Sales focus is 80%, Marketing 20%.
Compensation Package
Based on experience, starting at $75,000-$85,000
