Job Title: Director of Sales - Hospitality

Location: Radisson Hotel – 85 Ste Anne Road, Sudbury, ON – P3E 4S4

Position Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture focused on exceeding targets.
  3. Revenue Generation:
    • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, pricing optimization, and targeted marketing efforts.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  4. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of goals.
  7. Contract Negotiation:
    • Oversee contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms for the organization while maintaining positive client relationships.

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
