Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize revenue generation across all channels.
  • Cultivate a culture of up-selling, coaching, and professional growth within the department.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through strategic negotiations and personalized service.
  • Represent the hotel in the local community, fostering engagement and partnerships.
  • Leverage industry tools and resources to maximize the hotel's competitive edge.
  • Analyze market trends to anticipate opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years in senior sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within a full-service hotel.
  • Demonstrated success in revenue generation, expense management, and team leadership.
  • Proficiency with sales CRM systems, marketing tools, and industry best practices.
