IPAC Consulting, a leading Infection Control consulting company, is at the forefront of advancements in dentistry, construction, long-term care, and other healthcare-related sectors. As we experience rapid growth, our needs evolve, and we seek a dynamic Director of Marketing who is adaptable, motivated to propel the company forward, and prepared to undertake a variety of tasks as needed. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to engage in activities beyond the scope of this job description.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Director of Marketing with a proven track record in marketing strategy and vision to elevate IPAC Consulting. You will play a pivotal role in driving new revenue by partnering closely with cross-functional leaders in Finance, Operations, and Sales. Your mission will be to develop and execute high-impact, data-driven marketing plans that generate awareness, interest, and qualified leads to support our strategic growth plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Annual Planning and Strategy Design:
    • Oversee and optimize media strategies across all channels and regions, focusing on performance enhancement, impact, and cost efficiency per campaign.
    • Design, build, and maintain a compelling social media presence while identifying new growth strategies.
    • Craft and execute content independently for social media posts, landing pages, and strategic outlines.
    • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
  • Business Development:
    • Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and forging strategic partnerships.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and enhance market positioning.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform business development efforts.
  • Graphic Design:
    • Oversee graphic design projects, ensuring the creation of visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
    • Collaborate with designers to produce engaging content for digital and print media, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Reporting:
    • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals and ROI.
    • Conduct continuous analysis of competitive environments and consumer trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Contribute to the planning and organization of conferences, trade shows, and other major events.
  • Ongoing Coaching and Training:
    • Lead and inspire a talented team of marketers, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
    • Train team members on new methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies and business development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices.
  • Proficient in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Experience in graphic design and overseeing design projects is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8-hour shift

Ability to Commute/Relocate: Woodstock, ON – Reliable commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
