Our client is a finance management firm. They are looking for a Director of Finance who will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting for the family’s assets, investments, and activities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic face paced environment where discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail are paramount. The Director of Finance will play a key role in the development of financial strategies, financial reporting, and ensuring the financial health and integrity of the family office.

About the Opportunity

About You
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA designation preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on family offices, private equity, or wealth management.
In-depth knowledge of Canadian accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
Strong understanding of investments, asset management, and financial markets.
Exceptional financial modelling, analysis, and reporting skills.
Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Sage, QuickBooks, or similar systems preferred.
Salary Range
140,000 - $150,000 / year
