Director of Finance

As a Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Controller in managing the financial operations of our organization. This role involves overseeing cash management functions, managing a team, backfilling for directors as needed, and contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of daily financial operations. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee cash management processes and daily financial operations
2. Manage treasury operations, including banking relationships and cash flow optimization
3. Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A recognized accounting designation (CPA, CA preferred) is required; Big 4 CPA experience is highly desirable
2. Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting leadership roles, with public practice experience
