What You'll Do:
- Develop and lead a highly productive team of exceptional software engineers and technical leaders to deliver quality experiences for jobseekers across the globe.
- Drive the engineering strategy to enhance job seeker experience, engagement, and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Analyze key metrics to measure and refine strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Be the voice of the job seeker within the organization, advocating for their needs and experience.
- Lead initiatives to increase platform adoption and user satisfaction on a global scale.
- Influence key decisions on architecture and implementation of scalable, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Model Situational Adaptability by iterating quickly without compromising quality and raising the bar on operational excellence.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in user experience strategy, product management, or digital marketing.
- 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
- Proven leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Experience with client infrastructure and API development.
- Experience with SEO and SEM.
- Ability to quickly adapt & change engineering delivery to address changing market landscapes and internal priorities.
- Deep knowledge of and experience working with a diverse group of engineers.
- Data-driven mindset with a knack for turning insights into action.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align teams around a shared vision.
- Previous experience in job search platforms, marketplaces, or tech-driven businesses is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
