Job Overview

Director of Behavioral Health/Clinical Psychologist provides leadership for the development, planning, management, and day-to-day operation of the integrated primary care/behavioral health program across our sites. Serves as an advocate for integrated care and works collaboratively with key providers/staff in areas of healthcare and administration to promote integrated care. Establishes, monitors, and leads the improvement of targets and outcomes of the program. Provides supervision and guidance to Behavioral Health/Substance Use program providers and staff (e.g., LCSWs, Psych NPs, substance use counselors). Conducts culturally competent assessments, diagnoses, and treatment to patients, and works collaboratively with interdisciplinary medical teams to determine the best course of treatment for patients. Serves as a trainer to promote quality customer service and cultural competence clinic-wide.
