Our client, a dynamic biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Director, Marketing to join their team and spearhead marketing efforts for their specialty division. The ideal candidate should be based in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Significant leadership experience in marketing, ideally at the Director level within the pharmaceutical industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex portfolios, and challenge established practices to achieve business goals.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable marketing strategies.
Proven experience managing and executing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience or exposure to market access is a plus, with potential for growth in this area.
