The Director of Marketing Programs spearheads full-funnel marketing strategy, programs and campaign execution across the entire customer life-cycle in order to achieve marketing’s annual North American and European pipeline and bookings objectives across new logo, customer upsell, renewal and expansion and referral. You’ll guide your team and collaborate with other marketing cross-functional teams to architect and execute programs with a holistic full-funnel mix of activities/mediums that include but are not limited to events, webinars, digital, SEO, ABM, website, email, and more.
As the Marketing Programs leader, you will guide, lead and mobilize a team of talented demand and communications professionals by creating operational alignment, consistency and strong team collaboration to ensure the prospect journey is connected throughout the customer lifecycle, is frictionless for our audiences, and optimized for program return on investment. You’ll set funnel targets and conversion goals for your team, allocate and manage associated budget/spend and allocation and adherence to budget and work with VP Marketing and other marketing leaders to support continuous alignment.
This senior marketing role collaborates and partners with other leaders across Axonify’s entire Revenue Team to ensure continuous alignment on strategy, execution and achievement of our collective pipe and bookings targets.

- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the creation and implementation of innovative demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth, optimizing all marketing channels and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team, fostering an environment that promotes collaboration, professional growth, and achievement.
- Integrated Marketing Programs: Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies across events, webinars, email marketing, paid media, search engine optimization, website optimization, content, and lead nurturing.
- Pipeline Management: Drive pipeline creation, develop strategies for lead nurturing and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to business development representatives and sales.
- Marketing Analytics: Define key performance indicators and leverage analytics to measure, optimize, and scale marketing efforts, providing executive-level performance reports.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Source lists and design targeted campaigns to engage core audiences and convert them into qualified leads.
- Website Optimization: Lead efforts in tracking/creating search engine-optimized landing pages, and running A/B tests to improve the website conversion rates.
- Paid Strategy: Co-develop and manage our paid media strategy, collaborating with contractors or agencies when necessary to execute search engine marketing and paid ads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Revenue Teams (Sales, Customer Sales, Partners, Business Development Representative (BDR) etc.) to develop programs and processes to convert qualified accounts into opportunities and ultimately, revenue.
What you'll bring:
- A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within a SaaS organization.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful demand generation programs in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Expertise in integrated marketing strategies, including events, webinars, email marketing, paid media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics, with the ability to define KPIs and use data to optimize marketing efforts.
- Experience with account-based marketing, website optimization, and paid strategies.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to tactically implement and drive measurable results.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple demands in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences and directly to the C-suite, with strong communication and leadership skills.
