Your daily life:
The Director, Marketing and Product Management oversees the development, launch, and management of the company's products while driving marketing initiatives to optimize their performance in the market.

In this role you will:

  • Define and manage the company’s product portfolio in collaboration with the R&D team.
  • Develop and implement product launch and lifecycle strategies.
  • Work with R&D teams to ensure product specifications meet market needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competition.
  • Analyze data to determine growth opportunities and adjust product strategies accordingly.
  • Create marketing plans to promote products, including advertising campaigns, promotions, and communication materials.
  • Design and implement guidelines for product presentations and graphic materials.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments, including R&D, Sales, and Finance regarding product management.
  • Reconcile the objectives of each department to ensure consistency in product strategy.
  • Collaborate with the VP and General Manager to set pricing, launch timing, and promotions for products.
  • Monitor product performance and adjust strategies based on results and feedback.
  • Lead and motivate the marketing and product management team.
  • Develop the team's skills and ensure effective task distribution.
  • Identify and propose improvements for existing products and new products.
  • Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into product and marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For:
  • 8 years of significant experience in product management and marketing, ideally in the technology or manufacturing sector.
  • Degree in marketing, product management, engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA (a plus).
  • Excellent market analysis, product strategy, and campaign management skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Strategic vision and results-oriented mindset.
  • Creativity and innovation capability.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Aptitude for mobilizing, organizing, and evaluating a team of professionals.
  • Sharp judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual (spoken and written).
