What is the opportunity?
Are you interested in working within a client-centric and innovative individual insurance business and a team that is focused on best-in-class product development, fostering a culture of collaboration and agility, and empowering employees to deliver value for our clients, advisors, and partners? Leveraging your extensive living benefits knowledge, in this role you will be responsible for the strategic development of RBC Insurance’s Disability and Critical Illness product portfolio. Serving as subject matter expert on living benefits product design and, as well as staying abreast of industry & regulatory developments and trends, this role will drive the development and implementation of identified strategies and initiatives designed to sustain RBCI’s competitive advantage and achieve financial objectives. This role is a key leadership position with a focus on driving growth for the living benefits portfolio, demonstrating market leadership and relationship management with external and internal business partners.
