Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director for Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) & Campaigns to lead and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns. This role will oversee the development and execution of cohesive marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and experiential channels. The Director will collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Integrated Marketing Strategy:
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives, brand goals, and target audiences.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned across all channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.) for a unified brand experience.
- Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to define campaign goals, key messaging, and tactics.
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from concept through to measurement and reporting.
- Develop and manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Optimize campaigns based on real-time data, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (brand, digital marketing, creative, product, etc.) to ensure campaign alignment and deliverables.
- Work with external agencies, media buyers, and influencers to create and execute high-impact marketing strategies.
- Lead regular communication and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment on campaign progress and performance.
- Brand Development & Positioning:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and manage brand health metrics, ensuring campaigns reflect the company’s voice and vision.
- Act as the guardian of the brand’s tone and messaging, ensuring it is maintained in all communications and creative.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance, including KPIs, ROI, and other key metrics, to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, providing actionable insights for future initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve ongoing and future campaigns.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Provide strategic direction, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Ensure that the team stays current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Let’s Talk About You:
- 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or related marketing roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies and vendors.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, digital marketing, and traditional marketing tactics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- High proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, social media management tools).
- Creative and strategic thinking with a deep understanding of customer behavior.
