Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to own the people strategy for the North America business within the Drug Product Division. This role involves aligning the HR strategy to the business strategies while delivering a full range of HR services including organizational design and change, talent assessment and management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and employee communications. The Director HRBP North America will work closely with division and business unit leadership to drive the people strategy and enhance the culture of the organization.
What will you do?
- Partner with division and business unit leadership to drive the people strategy for the North America business, aligning it with the defined business strategy.
- Progress the culture with a focus on employee safety, quality, and promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate on organizational design and development initiatives, employing change management strategies.
- Improve people and leadership development, by enhancing performance feedback and employee development.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to assess current talent and develop long-term talent strategies.
- Drive global sourcing and recruitment process, improving diversity and talent level.
- Ensure implementation of effective compensation plans and programs.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to create and enhance HR services, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
Education
- Bachelors' degree required; equivalent experience in human resources will also be considered.
- Minimum 8+ years of HR management experience, including global HR experience.
Experience
- Broad-based HR experience and progressively responsible leadership roles.
- Experience translating business needs into effective strategies and actions.
- Experience leading HR strategies in a global business environment preferred.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing systems and programs.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking and strong execution abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational design is preferred.
- Ability to innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in assessing and integrating acquisitions from an HR standpoint.
- Ability to act as a credible coach and facilitator.
