Position Overview:

We are looking to bring onboard a dynamic leader of our Media Strategy to develop and execute a holistic media strategy that enhances our brand visibility through above-the-line placements and targeted digital initiatives. This role involves shaping our Global Digital Marketing Strategy in alignment with brand and commercial priorities, managing global paid media and affiliate programs, and collaborating with regional teams in APAC and EMEA to optimize digital marketing for local markets. The ideal candidate will liaise with external media agencies, oversee our global email community, and bring innovative digital trends to inspire best-in-class marketing practices. Additionally, you will manage weekly reporting and analytics to track media performance and consumer trends while ensuring effective budget management for global digital media. What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for holistic Media Strategy development designed to deliver impact in above the line brand placements and targeted digital strategies designed to move the consumer through a brand and commercial journey.
  • Develop and strategize our Global Digital Marketing Strategy, in line with Brand and Commercial priorities.
  • Manage the execution of Global paid media, affiliate programming, shopping aggregators and other digital media partnerships.
  • Manage the execution of all digital brand media and performance marketing efforts.
  • Work with our regional partners in APAC and EMEA to advise and influence them on best practices and also ensure that the digital marketing is optimised for local market conditions.
  • Day-to-day liaison with external media agency partners.
  • Support the management of the Global email community including the vision for regional and commercial opportunities through email, measurement, reporting and lead generation efforts.
  • Responsible for bringing digital trends, insights and ideas back to the Marketing team and inspiring best-in-class digital leadership across the team.
  • Share industry and consumer media trends based on market.
  • Ability to inspire first to market opportunities based on those industry and consumer trends.
  • Manage weekly reporting and business tracking of media channels driving for the Global eCommerce business, quantifying efficiencies and consumer trends.
  • Support interconnected analytics from media to consumer purchase.
  • Responsible for planning and management of the Digital media budget globally.

Let's Talk About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  • 5+ years of consulting, research or analytics research experience and experience using data and numbers to formulate insight.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in Brand Marketing and connecting to digital marketing to create a cohesive and effective consumer journey.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience engaging cross functional teams to think differently.
  • Luxury retail experience is an asset.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning for marketing initiatives.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and ability to create engaging digital content.
  • Experience analyzing and manipulating data sets to identify patterns and provide client insights.
