WHAT'S THE JOB?
Reporting to the VP Human Resources Operations, you will drive programs, policies, processes and systems designed to ensure organizational leaders are enabled and equipped to manage employee and labour relations in a self-service delivery environment.
You will develop and promote a stable and constructive employee and labour relations strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals, enhance communication, ensure consistency with priorities, and mitigate risks, costs and decision guidance. You will also be responsible for compliance with legislation matters and employment security in all operating provinces and territories and sectors. The Director develops and implements strategies and programs aligned with High Performance Organization characteristics designed to ensure the capability for top performance.
