As the Director of Digital Governance at Manulife, you will be responsible for establishing and scaling governance frameworks that improve consistency, efficiency, and innovation across our digital platforms in Canada, Asia, and the US. You will collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams across jurisdictions to implement governance structures, drive compliance, and adapt strategies to meet evolving business and customer needs.
This role requires a leader who has navigated the complexities of embedding governance frameworks in a global enterprise. You will define strategies, influence partners, and oversee execution to ensure that our digital governance initiatives deliver measurable business value while meeting regional and local requirements.
