Position Summary:
As a Director, Demand Generation, you are a strategic thinker and analytical tactician, with proven experience in driving successful customer acquisition programs and achieving pipeline targets. You are primarily responsible for creating and executing strategies that meet and exceed Kindsight’s pipeline targets for new and expansion business.
You are energized by developing big solutions to tackle big growth opportunities, and consistently apply your creativity and continuous learning to generate demand for Kindsight’s fundraising intelligence platform. You thrive as a player-coach, being hands-on and leading by example to strategize, plan, and execute with consistency.
This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and focuses on a holistic GTM strategy, team leadership and development, cross-departmental communication and collaboration, channel strategy and spend management, long-term visioning and innovation, and operational efficiency that delivers strong ROI.
Your success is ensured by a deep understanding of the customer, competitive landscape, and consistent innovation to help establish leadership in a new category. You have experience building and scaling inbound and outbound demand generation strategies, and are comfortable leading both.
