Position Summary:
As a Director, Demand Generation, you are a strategic thinker and analytical tactician, with proven experience in driving successful customer acquisition programs and achieving pipeline targets. You are primarily responsible for creating and executing strategies that meet and exceed Kindsight’s pipeline targets for new and expansion business.
You are energized by developing big solutions to tackle big growth opportunities, and consistently apply your creativity and continuous learning to generate demand for Kindsight’s fundraising intelligence platform. You thrive as a player-coach, being hands-on and leading by example to strategize, plan, and execute with consistency.
This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and focuses on a holistic GTM strategy, team leadership and development, cross-departmental communication and collaboration, channel strategy and spend management, long-term visioning and innovation, and operational efficiency that delivers strong ROI.
Your success is ensured by a deep understanding of the customer, competitive landscape, and consistent innovation to help establish leadership in a new category. You have experience building and scaling inbound and outbound demand generation strategies, and are comfortable leading both.


What You'll Do:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive ABM strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Identify target accounts, develop personalized engagement plans, and measure the impact of ABM programs.
  • Identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts through personalized and multi-touch campaigns.
  • Partner with a digital agency to optimize ad spend across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across various channels (email, content, social media, paid advertising, etc.) to generate, nurture and convert leads.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy spanning conferences, trade shows, and regional events.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align pipeline generation efforts with sales goals. Optimize the marketing funnel to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize lead scoring, channel attribution, and performance reporting.
  • Identify trends, optimize campaigns and programs, and provide insights to improve ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, 3+ years developing and managing teams
  • Expertise in strategy creation (big picture thinking with strong attention to detail and execution)
  • Experience in demand gen planning and reporting with a strong understanding of SaaS funnel metrics and attribution models
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence in execution of programs
  • Continuous growth mindset. Agile and adaptable with a bias towards rapid experimentation to fail toward success, measuring the effectiveness of programs, and a willingness to change course.
  • Inspirational and forward-thinking. The ability to help the team connect the dots between marketing campaigns and corporate objectives/strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with SFDC, Hubspot, 6Sense, Gong, Salesloft, and Google Analytics
