We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Compensation to lead the development and execution of our global compensation programs from one of our hub offices in either Toronto, Atlanta or San Francisco. As a key leader in the People function, you will design and implement competitive and scalable rewards strategies that align with our company's growth objectives and support our diverse, global workforce.
In this role, you will ensure that all programs effectively attract, retain, and motivate top talent while maintaining compliance across all markets. The base salary range for this position is 151,000 - 211,000 CAD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies, and experience.
