Our client, Gracorp, seeks a lawyer to serve as Director, Commercial Risk & Contracts (Real Estate).

Gracorp seeks a highly motivated and pragmatic lawyer for the role of Director, Commercial Risk & Contracts to join their Vancouver office. The successful candidate will provide strategic legal and commercial support across Gracorp’s real estate development projects, ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, compliance, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have between 6 and 12 years of experience, including substantial experience in real estate development and transacting with investment partners. Reporting to the Vice President, Capital Markets, the Director, Commercial Risk & Contracts will work cross-functionally with senior leaders in Gracorp’s capital markets, development, and finance teams as an integral participant in bringing deals to a successful close.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $200,000 but may vary based on previous relevant experience.
