We are looking for an expert and highly motivated Director, Business Transformation to join Canada segment’s Technology & Operations Strategy team.
We are at the forefront of transforming our business and operating model using the latest artificial intelligence and automation innovations. This role will accelerate Canada’s business and technology transformation in support of our Digital Customer Leader (DCL) ambitions, by engaging with business leaders to understand business strategies, objectives and key results, driving complex business transformations, executing capability and value stream assessments to address end-to-end business and technology impacts, and ensuring ongoing alignment between strategy and execution.

Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary range is expected to be between $107,730.00 CAD - $200,070.00 CAD.
