  • Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence – Manage Canadian and U.S. employment law compliance, oversee HRIS implementation, and support workforce planning.
  • Coach & Develop Leaders – Partner with executives and managers to drive leadership effectiveness, retention strategies, and succession planning.
  • Support M&A Growth – Lead HR integration efforts in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.

  • Strategic Thinkers with Hands-on Execution – Able to drive big-picture HR strategy while also executing on the details.
  • HR Professionals Seeking Private Equity Exposure – Ideal for someone who wants to gain experience in a high-growth, PE-backed environment.
  • Change Agents – Proven track record of leading organizational transformation, workforce integration, and cultural shifts.
  • Confident, Business-Savvy Leaders – Strong HR acumen, executive presence, and ability to influence senior decision-makers.

Additional Information:

  • Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 (flexible for top candidates)
  • Bonus: Up to 25% annual performance bonus
  • Retirement Plan: Defined contribution plan with up to 5% company match
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive benefits plan, including additional fitness fund
  • Additional Perks: Paid birthday holiday, Remembrance Day holiday, professional development support, vacation
  • In-office role based in Mississauga, ON, working closely with senior leadership.
