Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Implement HR Strategy – Align HR with business objectives, leading growth, acquisitions, and cultural transformation.
- Lead Workforce Integration – Oversee the harmonization of policies, benefits, and talent strategies across multiple sites and entities.
- Build High-Performance Culture – Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management.
- Compensation & Total Rewards – Design competitive compensation structures, bonus programs, and career progression frameworks.
- Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence – Manage Canadian and U.S. employment law compliance, oversee HRIS implementation, and support workforce planning.
- Coach & Develop Leaders – Partner with executives and managers to drive leadership effectiveness, retention strategies, and succession planning.
- Support M&A Growth – Lead HR integration efforts in mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business goals.
