Swoon is hiring for a Gaming client!

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Duration: 12 months with potential for extension and conversion

Start Date: April 7th

Location: Hybrid (Montreal - 3 days in office per week)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project timelines, schedules, and task assignments.
  • Track project deliverables, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain project documentation, asset libraries, and version control systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, document discussions, and follow up on key action items.
  • Support workflow management by updating tasks and tracking project status using project management tools.
  • Act as a liaison for cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
  • Assist in resource management by tracking workload and availability across the creative team.
  • Organize and distribute project-related materials to relevant teams.
  • Support post-project analysis by compiling reports on performance, efficiency, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Technical Proficiency

  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Trello.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Experience with creative production workflows, including design, motion graphics, and digital content.
  • Ability to track multiple projects and efficiently prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with marketing, social media, and digital advertising processes.
  • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create clear project briefs, reports, and status updates.
