As an EAM and Asset Management Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Lead the transformation of our clients’ management of physical assets, by challenging the status quo, reimagining processes and realizing the potential of new technologies.
2. Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple consulting projects across different clients, comprising multiple resources and teams.
3. Manage engagement teams to produce quality deliverables on time and on budget, and in line with client expectations and internal standards.
4. Identify and discuss key issues with our clients to identify potential opportunities.
5. Lead and participate in pursuit teams and proposal development, creating innovative approaches and methodologies tailored to address specific client requirements.
6. Proactively lead specific client and vendor relationships.
7. Support the broader practice by providing inputs on strategy and driving the development of new consulting offerings and capabilities.
8. Focus your efforts on the Canadian industry, but be a key part of community of solvers across the global network of PwC firms.
9. Grow and develop our team through hands-on recruitment, training and coaching.
10. Stay abreast of key industry developments both within Canada and globally.
11. Provide subject matter experience to specific marketing initiatives, and lead preparation and delivery of white papers and conference presentations.
12. Communicate complex material effectively in written and oral formats to various audiences.

Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve

1. Extensive experience demonstrating knowledge of strategy, operations and technology used in one or more of asset intensive sector including electricity generation, electricity or gas transmission and distribution, Energy and Manufacturing to serve their customers and stakeholders.
2. Deep subject matter experience in one or more of these functions: plant operations, network operations, asset investment planning, asset performance management, construction, and maintenance.
3. Hands-on experience with relevant applications, such as IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, Oracle, ESRI, Hexagon, and GE Predix.
4. Extensive general experience in the utilities sector gained either through direct industry employment or substantial services to industry.
5. Leadership experience in a management consulting environment.
6. Ability to quickly establish credibility with clients by demonstrating subject matter expertise and knowledge in the relevant operation processes.
7. Proven track record justifying, managing and delivering large business and IT transformations and full life-cycle projects that deliver significant business results and reflect strategic and creative thinking, individual initiative and motivating teams.
8. Demonstrated capability in thought leadership, new business development and securing project extensions, including client lead maturation, proposal development, and closing new business opportunities.
9. Excellent leadership, organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
10. Proven leader with extensive abilities to build solid and collaborative relationships with team members, foster a productive teamwork environment, and leverage diverse views.
11. A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard.
12. Fluent in English and French would be an asset.
