Reporting to the VP, of Embedded Marketing, this Digital Marketing Specialist will lead our paid digital campaigns, social media and email efforts. She/he/they is/are a team player and excited to learn under the guidance of senior team members including our Sr Demand Gen, and Sr Field Marketing managers.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support our digital advertising, email marketing, SEO and social media efforts. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can effectively manage multiple digital marketing campaigns and strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

What you'll be doing...

  • Digital Advertising:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve KPI targets.
    • Conduct keyword research (SEO), ad copywriting, and A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
    • Manage email lists, segmentation, and ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
    • Analyze email performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Create and curate engaging content including short-form video for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, and others).
    • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages or find the right person to do so, and foster community engagement.
    • Analyze social media performance and adjust content strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing activities.
    • Use data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
    • Present regular reports to stakeholders, providing recommendations for future strategies.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with the content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

What you'll bring to the table...

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital advertising, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, Marketo is a nice to have.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $58,000 - $88,000 / year + bonus.

The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
