Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in healthcare, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing efforts, optimizing customer journeys, and maximizing customer retention through effective retargeting strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new customers and drive user acquisition, with a specific focus on the Canadian market.
  2. Utilize expertise in digital marketing to create targeted ad campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance and ROI.
  3. Leverage HubSpot to design and implement effective ad campaigns, landing pages, retargeting efforts, and drip campaigns.
  4. Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns, messaging, and user experiences.
  5. Take ownership of the customer journey, from initial contact through conversion and retention, by implementing personalized and effective communication strategies.
  6. Work closely with the product team to identify opportunities for marketing alignment and drive awareness of new features or updates.
  7. Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and assist in identifying optimal price points based on market research and product-market fit analysis.

Qualifications

  1. Education in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with a growing startup.
  3. Expertise in utilizing HubSpot for ad management, landing page creation, retargeting, drip campaigns, and workflow automation.
  4. Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization strategies.
  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  6. Startup experience preferred, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and wear multiple hats as needed.
  7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Passion for the healthcare industry and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities.
  9. Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
