Role Overview

The Manager of Digital Marketing will be a highly creative expert that will lead digital transformation for Caesarstone, Canada. This position will be responsible for all digital marketing strategy development, planning and operations across Owned and Paid digital channels. This includes development and execution of brand’s social and digital media strategy & campaigns, Marketing Automation and website activities – aligning strategies and KPIs to brand health and business goals. Guiding our consumers and customers through the digital shopping journey, this role will be a critical part of the marketing team – working cross functionally with Brand Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales Team, IT (local and HQ), CRM Team (local and HQ), HQ Digital Team, Digital Team Agency to bring our brand identity and positioning to life across all digital touchpoints. Support data driven B2C and B2B relationship building based on Global best practices to build fundamental capabilities in infrastructure and analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Management, Strategy Development & Execution

  • Using data, create the best end-to-end consumer experience and journey across digital and social touchpoints connecting on and offline activity. Mine digital data for consumer insights that inform overall strategies.
  • NPI launch integration strategy- Deploy NPI comms across all owned digital touchpoints.
  • Develop annual test & learn platforms.
  • Stay abreast of digital trends and implications, test opportunities.
  • Monitor competitive landscape, identify implications.
  • Facilitate Data Driven Marketing approach to manage the business and marketing strategy.
  • KPI setting and ROI measurement – aligning most valuable metrics to business and brand performance.
  • Measure and report monthly digital marketing activity and performance against KPIs with key learnings and optimization actions- analysis and recommendations for continued growth and engagement across web and social media.
  • Post reporting on digital campaigns-including web, social, EDMs etc.
  • Creation and management of updates across websites including blogs, imagery, banner, webpages, WordPress CMS experience.
  • Work with global to troubleshoot and provide technical support for website with backend platform and UX management.
  • Plan and execute all Paid and Owned marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, 1P data management, email & social.
  • Design and deploy organic social strategy and campaigns. Build and publish content calendar. (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube)
  • Management of paid and non-paid social campaigns and management of all social media paid advertising and budgeting.
  • Work cross functionally to create and curate content for digital & social platforms including website, social media platforms, EDMs, blogs.
  • Email Direct Marketing-Develop ideas, design creative, manage and send EDM mail lists using SF Marketing Cloud and provide reporting and insights across all sends.
  • Manage and collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
  • Paid digital budget management.
  • Provide thought leadership/educate internal organization on digital best practices- Be the digital subject-matter expert for the organization.
  • Digital channel investment setting.
Consumer Insights & Category Knowledge

  • Extract insights from a wide range of internal and external data to inform business decisions and create opportunities for growth.
  • Expert understanding of category including key drivers, overall competitive framework, brand/product landscape.
  • Work closely with Analytics & Insights team to develop annual learning plan that provides actionable learning & insights to inform business decisions.
Integrated Marketing

  • Working collaboratively with cross functions (Brand Marketing, Channel Marketing, PR, A&I & Global) to develop annual plans with a digital marketing mix that creates memorable multi-channel customer experiences.
  • Brief agencies and be accountable for creative output for all brand messaging.
  • Support launch new Caesarstone products, developing a digital strategy and rollout plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • 5+ years marketing management experience, preferably within the Luxury or Prestige industry.
  • Proven working experience in digital and social media marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge and experience with CMS tools such as WordPress
  • Strong Capability in Google Analytics (website analysis and reporting)
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Proven experience using Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Ability to quickly assess and execute the logistical components of bringing a marketing idea to fruition.
  • Expertise in social media, online, and video content marketing.
  • Expertise in online activities from concept to execution as it relates to website, mobile and tablet from functionality to user experience to customer conversion.
  • Ability to extract and present useful information from post-campaign analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Retail or ecommerce experience helpful.
  • Up to 10% travel required.

  • Strong business and marketing understanding, connecting the dots and ability to translate business needs/process to clear digital requirement, taking into consideration all stakeholders needs/pain point for seamless execution.
  • Working experience in a global company
  • High level of motivation with the ability to operate as an individual and team contributor.

The salary range for the role is $80,000 - $90,000
