Digital Marketing Manager Edmonton, AB
Lead the Digital Future of Durabuilt Windows & Doors
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to create, own and execute the digital marketing strategy for Durabuilt Windows & Doors and our group of companies. This role is pivotal to Durabuilt’s long-term goal of doubling our business. With a trajectory of massive growth ahead and the opportunity to work with one of Western Canada’s largest window and door manufacturers, a Platinum Member of Canada’s Best Managed Companies, this is your chance to make a real impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE This position is all about lead generation, digital brand development, and enhancing the customer experience. We need someone who understands multiple audiences and can create tailored strategies to reach and engage them effectively across different business channels.
We are looking for a strong executor with an advanced track record in end-to-end lead generation including paid advertising, high-converting landing pages, digital analytics, and optimization strategies. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can directly connect lead generation efforts to business growth goals, making a measurable impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and Own the Digital Strategy – Build and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business growth objectives across multiple business channels. Propose annual budget allocation for each channel and mix.
- Lead Generation & Performance Marketing – Architect and execute high-impact, multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) designed to generate high-quality leads at scale.
- Website & Landing Page Optimization – Design, test, and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion rates, employing data-driven CRO tactics and continuous improvement.
- SEO & Organic Growth – Oversee and implement advanced SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content marketing, and backlink acquisition to drive organic lead generation.
- Customer-Centric Digital Engagement – Build segment-specific digital engagement strategies for distinct customer types, including builders, homeowners, dealers, and commercial partners.
- Marketing Analytics & Insights – Provide biweekly performance reports featuring in-depth campaign breakdowns, attribution modeling, and detailed ROI analysis to optimize future strategy.
- AI & Marketing Technology – Implement and refine AI-driven tools and automation strategies to enhance targeting, personalization, and marketing efficiency.
- CRM & Lead Management – Lead full-cycle lead tracking and nurturing within Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms, ensuring a seamless marketing-to-sales pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Work closely with executives, sales leaders, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
- Asset Development & Optimization – Lead the creation and refinement of high-quality digital assets and persuasive ad copy that drive engagement, conversions, and brand impact.
ACCOUNTABILITIES – WHAT YOU MUST DELIVER
- Full Ownership of Digital Strategy Execution – You will be accountable for delivering measurable lead generation, marketing-attributed revenue, and high-converting digital experiences. This means no outsourcing strategy decisions – you must own, execute, and refine.
- High-Impact, Data-Driven Decision Making – You will be responsible for analyzing performance data at an executive level, extracting deep insights, and reallocating budgets based on performance without hesitation.
- Aggressive Testing & Optimization – This is not a set it and forget it role. You will be expected to run multiple A/B tests, continuously refine ad copy, test new conversion tactics, and scale what works quickly.
- Cost Efficiency & ROI Management – Marketing spend will be in the hundreds of thousands annually. You must maximize every dollar spent, ensure efficiency in paid media execution, and drive high ROI across all channels.
- Own and Optimize the Buyer’s Digital Journey – You will be expected to map, refine, and optimize every touchpoint in the digital sales funnel, identifying and removing friction to improve customer experience and conversions.
- Advanced CRM and Sales Funnel Integration – You must ensure marketing-generated leads are accurately tracked, nurtured, and handed off seamlessly to sales teams, proving pipeline contribution.
- Multi-Channel Strategy Execution – You will be responsible for developing, launching, and scaling marketing strategies across different business channels, ensuring alignment with varied target audiences.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Proven expertise in managing high-ROI paid media campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, CRO, analytics, and audience segmentation.
