Are you the one we’re looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator who demonstrates our values of compassion, accountability, responsiveness, and empowerment; to our clients, families, and each other. The Digital Marketing Coordinator manages Wesley’s website and social media accounts and creates and posts external messages to Wesley’s broader online audience, encompassing basic graphic design, copywriting, photography, and light video editing.

This position is a non-union, full-time, permanent position. The rate of pay is $24.30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and create content and monitor Wesley’s corporate social media networks and YouTube channels.
  2. Occasionally go on-site to create social media content (photos and videos).
  3. Update key information, images, and posts on Wesley’s website.
  4. Create internal and external newsletters for Wesley.
  5. Provide support in email marketing, Google Ads, and Google Analytics as needed.
  6. Collaborate on time-limited communication & marketing projects with Wesley’s departments and programs when required.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional evening/weekend events.

What you will bring:

  1. Degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum one year of experience managing an online community and utilizing social media monitoring tools like Hootsuite in a previous role.
  3. Experience in identifying and writing content for diverse audiences.
  4. Experience in image/video editing tools.
  5. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, website SEO, Mailchimp, and WordPress is considered an asset.
