MONTREALITY is looking for a Digital Marketing & Brand Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is an opportunity to be at the heart of digital marketing, brand collaborations, and hip-hop culture.
About the Role
This position requires deep knowledge and passion for hip-hop, particularly underground hip-hop. Things move fast—new artists emerge every day, and staying ahead means loving to keep up, being immersed in the culture, and understanding the DNA of MONTREALITY. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with marketing managers to communicate with clients—brands and artists looking to promote their products or music on MONTREALITY. You will oversee deliverables, timelines, and communication, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns that align with our platform’s purpose and identity.
Additionally, as a Brand Partnerships Coordinator, you will manage ongoing sponsorships, making sure client needs are met, and ensuring seamless internal coordination. Your ability to build relationships and execute meaningful brand collaborations will be key to success.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and brand partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and sponsorships, making sure all deliverables and timelines are met.
- Continuously research and stay ahead of underground hip-hop trends, emerging artists, and cultural shifts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand collaborations align with MONTREALITY’s vision and identity.
- Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key figures in the music and marketing industries.
Qualifications
- A true passion for hip-hop, with deep knowledge of underground artists, movements, and cultural shifts.
- A strong understanding of MONTREALITY’s DNA, work, and purpose.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand partnerships, or client management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of social media, digital advertising, and influencer marketing is a plus.
