Job description

Chatterson is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Based in Calgary, Alberta, we are a full-service marketing agency with a niche focus on Canada's real estate building & development industry.

If you have hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms, excel in analytics, and crafting compelling ad copy—this could be the perfect role for you.

DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Set up, manage and optimize client search ad campaigns on Google, utilizing expertise in keywords and audience targeting to boost campaign performance.
  2. Set up, manage and optimize client-paid social campaigns on Meta, using targeting techniques, various ad formats, and performance analytics to increase conversions.
  3. Develop engaging ad copy that aligns with brand messaging and drives conversions.
  4. Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to monitor, analyze, and make data-informed decisions.
  5. Work collaboratively with the Account Strategists to develop digital strategies that align with the goals and objectives of the client.
  6. Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation.
  7. Provide recommendations to Account Strategists for ad account improvement and value adds, identifying any issues that arise proactively and working with the team to resolve them.
  8. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and changes to tactics & tools.
  9. Support the accounts team with key client relationships by coordinating requests, delivering regular reports, and ensuring day-to-day needs are met efficiently and professionally.

BACK THAT UP

  1. 1+ years of digital marketing experience managing Google Ads and Meta.
  2. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion rate optimization and online customer acquisition.
  3. In-depth experience with Google Analysis Tools.
  4. Familiarity with multiple platforms, organic and paid.
  5. Ability to produce, analyze and provide recommendations on various digital reports.
  6. Excellent written, analytical and time management skills.
  7. A team player.
