Elite Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Account Supervisor to join their team in Toronto.
We are searching for a dynamic and task-oriented individual with extensive experience in digital marketing to join us as a Digital Marketing Account Supervisor. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of drive, humor, responsibility, accountability, and enthusiasm. The primary role of the Account Supervisor will involve overseeing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating the successful delivery of digital projects aligned with client objectives.
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for all client account management issues
Cultivate and manage enduring client relationships
Establish trusted advisor relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and executives, offering marketing consultation and customer service
Formulate and execute marketing strategies, documentation, and assist in developing RFP responses for existing and prospective clients
Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure prompt and successful project delivery based on client requirements
Monitor and promptly communicate changes in project scope on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis to clients and internal teams
Coordinate with internal teams to predict, monitor, and communicate key account metrics to clients
Engage in contract negotiations and finalize agreements to optimize profitability
Identify opportunities for business growth with existing clients and propose enhancements
Generate reports on account status for internal stakeholders
Assist in handling challenging client requests or escalating issues as necessary

Requirements:
Proven background in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role
3-5 years of Client Service experience
3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience, encompassing Social Media, CRM, Branding, Content Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Customer Service, and Strategic Planning
Proficiency in communicating, presenting, and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels, including executives
At least 3 years of experience in an Agency environment
Demonstrated history of delivering customer-focused solutions
Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to anticipate risks and devise mitigation plans with the relevant stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capable of working in a diverse team setting with rapidly changing priorities
Familiarity with project management tools
