Setcan is the exclusive seller of the Shocknife, StressVest, Blue Baton, and other reality based training products used in scenario based training and sold to Academies and Instructors worldwide. Customers include the FBI, US & Canada Custom Border Services, US Secret Service, US & Canadian Military, RCMP and every major police department in Canada.

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving online engagement and conversions. This role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance our brand presence, optimize our e-commerce platforms, and implement effective advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive sales.
• Conduct SEO research to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
• Create and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads.
• Design engaging graphic content for social media and email marketing.
• Utilize SQL for data analysis to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
• Implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.

Experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital advertising techniques.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools for optimization.
• Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Ads and other online advertising platforms.
• Understanding of HTML for basic website updates is beneficial.
• Excellent research skills to identify market trends and consumer preferences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

REPORTING/OTHER:

• Work with a small, dynamic sales and marketing team and an experienced full-time in-house Web/Graphics/Multimedia Designer.
• Setcan will provide all training.
• Applicant must be willing to be subject to a criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
