Digital Health Project Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Change Manager, Integrations Specialist Pipeline (Remote)

THE ROLE

Healthtech is currently looking to fill several key contractual roles for a major Digital Health project that will commence mid-April 2024. The positions will be a mix of remote and on-site for this 3-month long project. We are seeking candidates with solid healthcare experience, specifically within digital health projects. The following are the roles we are looking to recruit for:

1. Project Managers and Project Leads
2. Business Analyst
3. Technical Lead
4. Enterprise and Solution Architects
5. Integration Specialist
6. Change Manager
7. Training Specialist

Key Requirements

These positions are open Canada-wide but a preference will be given to those residing in Manitoba. Candidates must be available for a 3-month contract (40 hrs/week) starting approximately in mid-April. All candidates must have healthcare technology project experience with a special focus on implementation, integration, migration, and governance experience.

Experience & Skills Requirements for Each Role:

1. Project Manager
   • 5+ years leading, managing and planning large clinical projects
   • Support strategic planning and establishment of project governance
   • Monitor project progress while managing/mitigating risk, scope, and budget/resource allocation
   • Establish and manage key relationships across organizations/governance structure
   • Oversight of project deliverables: release management plan, change management plan, budget and time management plan, risk management plan, test plan management, stakeholder identification, analysis/benefits realization, post-project close out
2. Business Analyst
   • 3-5+ years experience with large clinical projects
   • Supporting PMs with coordination of an overall project plan and deliverables using appropriate project management methodologies and tools
   • Operating models, services, and capabilities to support business transformation activities
   • Supporting project status updates and reporting (i.e. monitoring reports, steering committee, executive committee, governance)
3. Technical Lead
   • Network and wireless capacity planning
   • End user device planning and deployment (i.e. PCs, portable devices, printers, biomedical devices)
   • Virtual desktop, remote access, application deployment and service management
   • Upstream and downstream system integration with 3rd party systems
   • Backup and failover infrastructure
   • Cybersecurity, Application Rationalization – inventory of applications and recommendations, integrate, or sunset/migration
4. Solution/Enterprise Architects
   • 3-5+ years experience with large clinical projects
   • Coordination of an overall project plan including deployment and support of appropriate project management tools
   • All levels of project status reporting (i.e. bi-weekly monitoring reports, steering committee, executive committee, governance)
   • Coordinate, in collaboration with key client and project stakeholders, on a release management plan
   • Risk and Issue Management
   • Scope, Schedule, or Budget Change Control
   • Project budget planning and reporting
   • Conduct post-project lessons learned
   • Operating models, services, and capabilities to support business transformation activities
5. Integration Specialist
   • 5+ years experience with large clinical projects
   • Integration and conversion specialists experienced in the development of solutions
   • Provide system expertise. Experience in complex integration and conversion requirements.
   • Responsible for development of system integration documentation, data mapping, vendor management, testing and interface deployment
6. Change Management & Training Specialists
   • 3+ years experience with large clinical projects
   • Identify key stakeholders and develop workplan to assess change needs
   • Develop key strategies and change management workplans to engage stakeholders
   • Develop marketing and communications materials

Additional Details

The roles may be remote with a mix of hybrid (remote & on-site). EPR/EHR experience is an asset. Bilingualism (spoken English & French) is an asset.
