  • Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with business goals.
  • Perform A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to streamline campaign execution and lead nurturing.
  • Oversee the integration of marketing campaigns with Salesforce to ensure seamless lead management and reporting.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and user journeys for better conversion rates.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, marketing operations, and campaign optimization.
  • Proven experience managing paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and achieving measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics/G4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including campaign tracking and reporting.
