THE OPPORTUNITY

Gotcare is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Coordinator to support our team. The Executive Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day executive support tasks, coordinating projects, and enhancing both external and internal communications. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. It is the "general contractor" role of our company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Executive Support : Manage and prioritize schedules, prepare detailed briefing materials, and handle communications with key stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination : Oversee assigned projects, ensuring they align with Gotcare's strategic goals and are completed on time. This requires the successful candidate to wear multiple hats and demands a versatile and multifaceted skillset. To bring this to life, coordination-related tasks could include visiting our customers on-site to handle any last minute "fires", equipment and HHR logistics and troubleshooting, etc.
  • Communications Development : Craft strategic presentations, emails, and documents. Utilize creative approaches to enhance engagement with various stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning Support : Assist in preparing and participating in board meetings, strategy sessions, and leadership meetings. Follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison : Serve as a conduit between departments to enhance collaboration and resource alignment for company initiatives.
  • Research and Analysis : Conduct ad-hoc research and generate insights to guide strategic decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an executive support or project coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in using Google Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
