Global Technology Services (GTS) is one of the foundational divisions of the TMX Group, that empowers internal TMX business lines for their technology needs, operations and digital innovation. GTS as a client centric organization focuses on building technology capabilities, enabling our clients with the best technology solutions and providing effective technology financial and resource management processes. The cost effective operation is a key attribute of the GTS execution. GTS is responsible for delivery of all technology initiatives and services across TMX.
Leveraging DevOps has become necessary and key to delivering on GTS' promise to be a technology driven solutions provider that puts clients first. The DevOps Engineering team is responsible for working closely with various business units and stakeholders to solve complex problems using innovative solutions, quickly and effectively using agile, lean and DevOps methodologies, while ensuring infrastructure remains highly available, secure and optimized for speed and cost.
Reporting to DevOps Lead, Production Operations, you will join a growing practice around Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration/Development, and Infrastructure as Code. This is a multi-discipline systems engineering position within our Level 2 Application Support team supporting the continued growth and successes within our various business lines. The main focus will be the Level 2 Support for many of the applications in production and helping agile teams deliver reliable and secure technology.
