Job description

RED Mountain Resort is currently seeking a Development / Construction Coordinator or Senior Coordinator to join the Planning and Development / Capital Projects Team. The Coordinator or Senior Coordinator (depending on experience) is an integral part of the Team, reporting directly to the Director of Planning and Development who oversees the various projects that RED has on the go, from the point of site acquisition, approvals, sales and through to the completion of construction.

The salary range for this full-time year-round position is $40,000 - $60,000 depending upon experience.

About Red

Located at the tip of the Monashee Mountain range in central British Columbia, RED is one of the last underdeveloped big mountain resorts in North America. RED is blessed with 3,000 feet of vertical, long consistent fall line skiing on five majestic mountains, and a unique topography allowing 360-degree descents from Red, Granite and Grey peaks. With 3,850 skiable acres, RED is the 4th largest resort in Canada and the 9th largest in North America.

In June of 2025, RED is opening the first phase of their lift-assisted mountain bike park as the next step in the development of their ALL SEASON RESORT.

RED also owns approximately 650 acres of fee simple land, which serves as the platform for development. The approved zoning and official community plan afford the Company the flexibility to build a mix of condominiums, town-homes, single-family homes, or commercial spaces. We are presently under construction with both The Daly, a modern 90-unit development at the base of the resort, and The Glades, our first townhome neighbourhood. On March 10th we received a development permit for our latest offering, The Wildwood, a 54-unit condominium development. We also do extensive civil construction work for the resort and for the development projects. Today, there are over 800 doors remaining to be built at Red Mountain.

With an approved master plan including zoning and official community plan designations in place, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as we continue to build out the master plan.
