Developer Relations Specialist

About the role

Axelar is seeking a Developer Relations Specialist to join our Developer Experience team. In this role, you’ll provide technical support to developers building on Axelar, assist in creating technical documentation, and contribute code to our projects. This fully remote position offers a unique opportunity to engage with the global developer community and enhance their experience in the Web3 space.

Your responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical point of contact for developers, providing support and troubleshooting assistance.

• Contribute to Axelar’s codebase, improving tools and resources for developers.

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and guides to facilitate developer onboarding.

• Collaborate with the Developer Experience team to identify pain points and enhance Axelar’s developer tools and resources.

• Engage with the developer community through forums, events, and social platforms to gather feedback and foster strong relationships.

• Support the planning and delivery of developer-focused workshops, webinars, and events.

Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in a Developer Relations role within Web3.

• Experience and understanding of DeFi Products.

• Familiarity with Solidity and Javascript.

• Strong coding abilities, with a focus on contributing to production codebases.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content.

• Proven experience creating technical documentation and supporting developer onboarding.

• A collaborative, self-starter attitude with a passion for empowering developers and building communities.

• Knowledge of Axelar’s ecosystem and cross-chain interoperability is a plus.
