Desk Adjuster - Casualty

We are currently recruiting for a Desk Adjuster Level 3 to join our team in Canada. The position location is flexible, and we can offer in-office, hybrid, or fully remote working arrangements.

The successful candidate investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and settles casualty claims by telephone, correspondence, and when required through mediation (virtual or in person). This includes settling losses within delegated authority or reporting to clients while also directing field adjusters, experts, and legal counsel on a task basis.
