Job description:
As a member of management, you will act as a leader by inspiring and guiding your team so that the store’s objectives are met. You make sure that everything is done in the most efficient way possible for your employees to serve their customers without worrying about anything else!
Responsibilities:
Hiring and onboarding new employees with the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
Creating a strong relationship with your employees that is focused on their success
Mobilizing, empowering, coaching, and encouraging employee performance to get the best from your team
Developing the sales culture and customer experience in your department
Reaching the department’s objectives, making sure that standards are met, and reinforcing policies and procedures
