Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years.

On site:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting:
Commercial dental laboratory.

Responsibilities:

1. Design dental devices.
2. Fabricate and repair crowns, bridges or implants.
3. Modify dental devices including full or partial dentures, orthodontic appliances, inlays, onlays, clasps and bands.
4. Prepare plaster models and moulds.
5. Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory.

Experience and specialization:

1. Technical expertise (dental).
2. Plastering.
3. Packing.
4. Waxing-up.

Area of specialization:
Full dentures.
