Dental Hygienist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. This role requires a strong understanding of dental hygiene practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other dental professionals.

Responsibilities

1. Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
2. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
3. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
4. Assist in the management of patient records using Dentrix software.
5. Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
7. Communicate effectively with patients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their oral health.

Experience
- A valid license to practice as a Dental Hygienist is required.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving customer service and patient interaction.
- Proficiency in using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From $47.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 26 per week
