Salary: $28.50 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week

Required: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years in dental support services and allied professions.

Experience

Responsibilities

1. Order dental and office supplies
2. Prepare dental instruments and filling materials
3. Perform reception and clerical duties
4. Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment
5. Educate patients concerning oral hygiene
6. Polish teeth and clinical crowns and apply fluoride and sealant
7. Schedule and confirm appointments
8. Take and develop X-rays
9. Record dental procedures performed on patients
10. Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts
