Responsibilities:

• Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation, taking x-rays, and scans for digital impressions.
• Clean and prepare treatment room in accordance with best practices for infection control for each patient.
• Provide excellent service and retain loyal patients by delivering an individualized experience for the patient.
• Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care.
• Help create a welcoming and professional environment for our patients and team.
• Administration tasks such as billing, insurance verification, managing patient inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Certified Dental Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with patients.
• Experience with Tracker an asset but not required.
